Product privacy policies
Each policy covers the product it names. None of them covers Whatnot, marketplaces, or other third-party services you use alongside SuperRod.
Limited use of extension data
SuperRod Orders for Whatnot and SuperRod Scanner use extension data in compliance with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Data is used for the features described in each extension's policy, with transfers limited to those features, security needs, or legal requirements. It is not sold or used or transferred for personalized advertising, creditworthiness, or lending. Human access requires specific consent for support, a security need, or a legal requirement.
This website
This website presents SuperRod Scanner and SuperRod Dex, and hosts support and privacy documents for every SuperRod product. It does not create accounts, accept payments, add analytics or advertising trackers, or store cookies or local-storage identifiers. Product images and the Geist font files are served with the site; it loads no third-party fonts or scripts.
The beta form asks for your email address. We store it, with the product you chose and the page language, in our backend database (Convex) and use it only to write to you about that beta. We do not share it or use it for advertising. When the form is not available, the beta buttons open your email app instead and nothing reaches us until you send the message. Write to cardochoo@gmail.com to have your email removed.
The server hosting the site receives technical information needed to deliver pages, such as your IP address, browser information, requested URL, and request time. The hosting provider may keep operational and security logs. This is separate from extension data; visiting this website does not give us access to your orders, captured cards, or collection.
When you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in the message. We use it to respond, investigate the issue, and follow up. Our support inbox uses Google Gmail. Please do not send passwords, session tokens, payment details, or unredacted order history.
Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle your request and related follow-up. Email cardochoo@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent us.
Links and updates
Installation, marketplace, and other external links take you to services with their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising. We will update this page and its date when our practices change.
